What are your garments made of?

How do I know what size to order?
Check the sizing guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. We offer fit-based exchanges only. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic US orders take 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary by country. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic orders over $100 ship free. International orders over $600 ship free. All other orders are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email.
My order arrived and it doesn't fit. What do I do?
Contact us at glitch@nyxnapparel.com within 14 days of your ship date with your order number and the size you need. Items must have original tags attached, be unworn and unwashed, and in original condition.
